Uncontested Divorce
UBS can prepare and file your uncontested divorce in NYS if either the plaintiff or the defendant lives in NYS. No court appearance is needed and your divorce is usually granted within 4 to 6 months by the courts.
Immigration
We have over 30 years of experience and know how much distress the road to legal status can cause. We help by offering legal document preparation but do not offer legal representation.
Tax Preparation
We are an authorized e-filer through the IRS. We prepare both personal and business tax returns. If you're in need of a TIN (Tax ID Number) in order to work in the US, we can prepare the tax return and the W7 application.
